 Cellscript™的使命是為臨床研究和治療提供*的產(chǎn)品和技術(shù),用于制造和使用RNA在細(xì)胞中進(jìn)行翻譯。

    目前的產(chǎn)品包括用于體外轉(zhuǎn)錄的試劑盒、使用cap模擬物或cap酶的5' RNA capping和3' RNA聚腺苷酸化的試劑盒,以及用于制造用于細(xì)胞翻譯的cap、poly(a)-tail mRNA的all-in-one試劑盒。

    Cellscript™近推出了隱身™的體外合成RNA的RNA轉(zhuǎn)錄套件包含修飾核苷,如假尿苷(Ψ)和/或5-methylcytidine (m5C)代替相應(yīng)的U或C規(guī)范核苷(圖1)。這些工具都取名為“因?yàn)榉忭?聚腺苷酸和核苷修飾的RNA產(chǎn)物(稱為“INCOGNITO mRNAs”)是經(jīng)過偽裝的,因此當(dāng)它們被轉(zhuǎn)染到表達(dá)多種RNA傳感器的哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞中時(shí),不會(huì)像相應(yīng)的未經(jīng)修飾的mrna一樣,引發(fā)先天免疫反應(yīng)。
